"Seems like new folks are running the show..."
Looks like new folks are running the show now. I've been a user for two years. So, I tried to buy $500 worth of classes, and outta nowhere, it jumped to $3600 as soon as I hit submit. No option to cancel popped up. I reached out to them, but got no reply, so I had to go through PayPal and file a dispute. Eventually, Lingobus emailed me saying they’d refund me, but only if I dropped the dispute. Now, I'm just waiting for them to get in touch with PayPal and give me a timeline. I was a loyal customer, and this is how they treat me. Just be cautious, folks.

"Awesome teachers who speak natively"
These fantastic native-speaking instructors have my toddler absolutely loving her lessons. She’s picking up speaking skills and recognizing words in a fun way. The customer support is top-notch too; I always receive a speedy response. Definitely recommend!

"Awesome learning materials"
The instructor is super patient, really professional, and knows just how to communicate with little ones. My kids began at 4 years old, and he really enjoys his teacher there. Finding a great teacher is crucial. I totally recommend it - Yuting Z.

"Top-notch class, definitely recommend!"
My child has been learning Chinese through LingoBus for half a year now. We really appreciate their teaching resources. They incorporate short stories into the lessons. The variety in the stories is impressive, covering subjects like math, biology, geography, and history, among others. We've gained a lot of insight into Chinese culture thanks to this class. The instructors are not only patient but also quite experienced. They are very skilled, always giving feedback after each session. My son's Chinese skills have seen significant improvement. I'm really pleased with how far he's come.

Every instructor is a native Chinese speaker. The educators are super friendly and skilled! The app offers a ton of resources for reading, games, and enjoyment. My two children really enjoy the teachers and the books. This program is designed for kids who aren’t native Chinese speakers but are eager to learn the language and culture of China. Totally recommend it!

"Lingo Bus helped my kid pick up Chinese..."
For the past three years, my kid has been learning Chinese through Lingo Bus. The instructors are super skilled in teaching languages to kids. Plus, their methods are really engaging and enjoyable for little ones. My child loves diving into stories from their online library, which is free! We also have the flexibility to select teachers and set up class times easily.

"Thrilled with Our Chinese Learning Journey on Lingobus"
My son, who's ten, has been picking up Mandarin through LINGOBUS for nearly 100 sessions over the past year and a half, and he's now at level 3. He loves chatting with the instructors, who are all super experienced, enthusiastic, and patient. The platform is well put together, featuring class prep, simple homework after lessons, teacher feedback, unit reviews, and a library. Plus, I can easily book or cancel classes whenever I need to. All in all, we’re really pleased with Lingobus.

"The one platform that truly works for us!"
For the past two years, my son has been picking up Mandarin through Lingobus. We gave other learning platforms a shot but kept running into dead ends until we discovered Lingobus. It's a fantastic platform! The instructors are super professional. What’s even better is that my son looks forward to his lessons and loves chatting with his teacher. I also strongly suggest the Pinyin package. It’s a little add-on that doesn’t break the bank but really helps your learner a ton!

"1 Star for Management, 10 Stars for Curriculum!"
I never got my money back. (more than $1000) After waiting for over three weeks for a refund, I figured I’d just ask them to put me back in the classes. I even had to calculate for them since they had missed giving me 12 classes! The instructors and the course material are FANTASTIC, they totally deserve 10 stars! But management? Just 1 star!

Thanks to the awesome Lingobus crew, I’m amazed at how eager my kids are to pick up Chinese. The skilled teachers are super patient and know how to teach not just the grammar but also the pronunciation. Now, we’re pretty much chatting in Chinese with the kids every day. It’s really exciting!

For the past three years, my daughter has been learning with Lingo Bus, and I gotta say, it’s a top-notch online school for kids abroad wanting to pick up Chinese.
